- Payment verification images — since we currently process payments by manual bank transfer, we ask you to upload a screenshot or photo of your payment receipt so our team can verify it.
- Newsletter subscription — if you subscribe, we store your email address to send you updates about new arrivals and sales. You can unsubscribe at any time.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or store your debit/credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or online banking credentials. All payments are settled directly between you and your bank; we only see the receipt image you choose to upload as proof of payment.
How We Use Your Information

- To verify manual bank transfer payments before dispatch.

- Firebase (Google), for secure account authentication.
- Our image hosting provider, for storing product photos and payment receipt uploads.
- Our database and hosting providers, who store order and account data on our behalf.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to resolve disputes, support your order history, or meet our own record-keeping obligations.

- You can view your saved addresses and remove ones you no longer need.
