Who Can Order
You must be able to enter into a legally binding contract to place an order with us. If you are ordering on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have their permission to provide their details.
Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Product photos are for illustration. Actual color, texture, or finish may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or natural material variation (especially for leather and metal accessories).
- We make reasonable efforts to keep stock and pricing accurate, but errors can occasionally occur.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is only confirmed once we have verified your payment (see Payment Terms below). We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing or listing error — in which case we will let you know and refund any amount already paid.
You may check out as a guest or by creating an account with an email/password or Google sign-in. Either way, you are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.
Payment Terms
We currently accept payment by manual bank transfer only. After placing an order, we will share our bank details and ask you to upload a screenshot or photo of your transfer receipt. Your order will be processed and dispatched only after our team has verified the payment. If a payment cannot be verified, we may contact you for clarification or cancel the order.
Delivery
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery charges depend on your city and are shown at checkout before you place your order — see our Delivery & Order Policy for details. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order any time before it has been dispatched by contacting our support team with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, though our Delivery & Order Policy explains your options after delivery.
Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and product photography on this site belong to Today's Shop or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately, but we do not guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, Today's Shop is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to its courts.
